“You are never really playing an opponent. You are playing yourself, your own highest standards, and when you reach your limits, that is real joy.”
Personal Statement from Dana: “I always hope as a coach that my players will not only improve their skills and knowledge of the game, but that they will also learn the essential lessons that being a part of a team provides. Competitive volleyball requires the ability to persevere, goal set, and overcome differences and challenges amongst teammates. I also hope my players grow to see the value in hard work and realize that when they dedicate themseleves to their goals, growth is inevitable.”

Why Club Cruz?
I coach for Club Cruz because the vision of the club aligns with my beliefs as a coach. I believe players should see strong competition, be pushed physically, and get opportunities on the court to work toward their goals.
